New Business Account Executive (Indirect Model)

LegionellaDossier is the Netherlands' leading digital water safety solution, already active in the UK and now launching in Spain. Our ambition is clear: become the global market leader within the next five years. Since our founding in 2015, we've built a tight-knit team of over 30 professionals in Utrecht — and we're expecting to double in size in the coming year.

We're looking for a driven New Business Account Executive to be the engine behind our new revenue growth — hunting business with building managers and bringing new partners into the fold. You work within an indirect sales model, closing deals while keeping the partner ecosystem healthy. You do this with energy, integrity, and a sharp commercial instinct — all in service of a meaningful cause: making drinking water safe.

What will you be doing?

  • Generate new business with building managers through cold outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn) and partner/internal referrals.

  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery → demo → proposal → close.

  • Take full ownership of your personal pipeline and ARR target.

  • Close deals within the indirect model, always involving and respecting partners — partner erosion is never rewarded.

What this role is not: This is a pure hunting role. Not partner management, not onboarding, not customer support. Once a deal is handed to Customer Success, you're already onto the next one.

Job requirements

  • Proven B2B new business sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech

  • Comfortable with cold outbound and building a pipeline from zero

  • Experience with indirect / partner sales models is a strong plus

  • Self-starting, target-driven, and fully accountable for your results

  • Strong communicator across stakeholder levels

  • Native Dutch speaker (must) with a good command of English
