Job description
BriqSafe is the next-generation Water Safety Compliance Software Suite from LegionellaDossier. It is an exciting and intuitive customer-first system that was built from scratch based on everything LegionellaDossier have learned from years of successfully developing and scaling software that customers rely on every day, but designed for what comes next. As our product, market and ambitions have grown, it became clear that we needed a platform that is more scalable, more focused and better suited for international growth. BriqSafe is our answer to that, and it marks a defining moment in our company’s evolution.
With BriqSafe, we are creating a new B2B SaaS platform and a new brand that reflects this shift. It is a startup within a scale-up: backed by an established organization with customers, revenue and experience, while giving us the freedom to rethink positioning, go-to-market strategy and long-term growth. This combination creates a rare opportunity to build something new with real impact, without starting from zero.
We will launch BriqSafe in Spain first and use that market as the starting point for international expansion. From there, BriqSafe will gradually become the platform for all our customers as we transition away from LD Tech. This evolution needs to be handled with clarity, confidence and strategic intent, both for the market and for our existing customer base.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who is excited by moments like this and wants to help shape how a new SaaS platform is introduced, positioned and scaled.
What you will do
You will take end-to-end responsibility for marketing and ensure that all domains work together to support positioning, revenue and long-term brand development.
Your scope covers:
Strategic marketing: including positioning, ICP definition and go-to-market strategy
Brand marketing: ensuring a consistent and differentiated identity in the market
Marketing analytics: translating data into insight and guiding decision-making
Growth and campaign marketing: driving pipeline, adoption and expansion
Product marketing: connecting product strategy to clear and compelling market messaging
Content marketing: building authority and supporting the full customer journey
You do not need to execute everything yourself, but you do need to understand each domain deeply enough to lead it, prioritize it and connect it into one coherent approach.
Job requirements
What we are looking for
We are looking for a senior B2B SaaS marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with a strong understanding of execution.
8 to 12 years of experience in marketing
Strong background in B2B SaaS environments
Experience across at least four of the six marketing domains listed above
Proven ability to align marketing with product and commercial strategy
Academic degree in marketing, business or economic sciences
You are comfortable taking ownership in an environment that is evolving and ambitious. You understand that brand, growth and product marketing are not separate disciplines, but connected drivers of long-term success.
